All website tools and guides are free. App Store links promote apps from the same developers. Some app features require in-app purchases or subscriptions; check the current App Store listing before downloading.
What this site does
It helps organize observations and questions. It does not provide diagnoses, individual treatment plans, emergency monitoring, or a clinical review of your entries. A tracker cannot measure blood pressure or glucose without a separate appropriate device.
Who writes the guides
Guides are published by HealthLogKit using AI-assisted research, writing, and source checking. We identify the sources and verification date on each guide. We do not present AI checks as medical review or claim professional credentials that have not been verified.
